1. How long have we been in business?

Since June 1997, we began in our home, and the expanded to a small center in Beacon Hill. Our permanent location is located on Rainier Ave. and licensed for 61 children.

2. What are your hours and where are you located?

7 AM – 6 PM We do not accept nighttime care.

3. Are you multi cultural and multi lingual?

Yes, our primary languages are English, Spanish and Somalian. Our Secondary languages are Vietnamese and Amharic. We intertwine the 3 primary languages into our daily routine.

4. Are the staff members certified?

Staff is currently certified or working toward an early childhood education degree. In addition, to having state and city requirements each classroom has a certified teacher.

We currently have 15 staff members.

5. What type of classrooms do you have?

We have 5 classrooms.

1 Infant 1-12 Months

2 Waddlers 12 to 24 Months

3 Toddlers 24 –36 Months

4 Pre-School 36-48 Months

5 Pre-K 48-60 Months

6. Are we doing tours?

No, tours are by appointment only when we have space available.

7. How do I get on the waiting list?

Send us an E-mail with the following information:

     Parents Names

     2 Contact phone numbers

     Address

     Childs name, current age and date of birth.

8. How long is the waiting list?

Usually one year.

9. Do we have a high staff and child turnover?

No, staff range from 1-7 years and receive medical dental and 401K. Typically children are here from birth until Pre-K.

10. Do you offer before and after school care?

NO, we are only licensed up to age 6. Typically we do not have space available for K-12.

11. Do we offer part time childcare?

No, parents pay full tuition but choose their schedule, due to lower staff to child ratio.

12. Do you accept subsidy childcare?

Yes, we accept City, State and Federal subsidy through Universities. Example: University of WA

13. Do we go on field trips?

Yes, Infants and waddlers go for walks and to local parks.

For children 2-5 years old, field trips would include: Pacific Science Center, Children's Museum, Woodland Park Zoo, Point Defiance Zoo, Remlinger Farm, Home Depot, Lowe's, Grocery Stores, Seattle Aquarium. ETC.

We transport the children in the centers transportation, with adequate car seats and booster seats.

14. Do we accept drop in care?

No, due to high demand and lack of available space.
